Motherboard not working

I recently upgraded my mobo to the Asus z390 prime a and it was working fine until today when all my USB ports stop working and my monitor won’t get a signal. I was wondering if this was a problem with the mobo

1) If your monitor connected to MoBo or dGPU?

2) Does your system post and boot into OS? Are there any POST codes you could read?
3) Did you try to swap parts after getting this issue? If yes, then what exactly?

4) Can you try to boot your PC with old MoBo?

1)It’s connect to my graphics card

2)It doesn’t boot into OS and there are no post codes

3) yes, I swapped my cpu Mobo and cooler
4)I haven’t tried that as I wasn’t sure if it was really the Mobo that’s acting up, I’ll try that and see if it boots

Swapping parts to locate where the issue lies is Troubleshooting 101, just sayin'. Swap one part at a time and look for difference in results. Anything can happen, but results from swapping with no access are also needed to be written here.
