My PC don't see the graphic card

Hy, my PC don't see the graphic card, i install the windows . I make a fress install and my pc don't see the grapic card anymore. 

i try to install the driver, but he don't let me.

I have a gtx750ti OC i download the driver from nvidia and i try, from asus and the same result.

Is your monitor connected to the GPU or the motherboard?

now in motherboard to see someting, if i connect in gpu i have " no input signal"

check all your connections on the GPU (inside and outside the pc

I check and recheck, I try a nother PCI port. Nothing

Do the fans spin on the GPU when you power on the machine?

I try the HDMI and the DVI x2 and the same result. 

 This is second time when this pc make like this. But I don't remember how I fix it first time.

See if you graphics card has a switch on it for the bios selection, if so change what position it is in. Also double check the power supply pcie cable used if you have another on your psu then swap pcie power cable source. Make sure if nothing else works to unplug the psu from the wall and let it sit so it fully discharges,  a couple mins should do or you can hit the power button  on the pc after its unpluged to fully hard reset it. Hopefully one of these dose the trick other wise you may have to try another gpu or pc for that gpu to verify where the issue is.
