Easy.

Maximize task manager.

Never play game.

Constant 400.

@Den-Fi so I maximize my task manager in the background and then play the game

No, task manager goes in front of the game.

That way you don't have all the motion to render.

Then you'll have max frames.

its a joke, when you open task manager in front of your game, your game doesnt render in, so your frames inherently go up since its just rendering task manger.

When you dont game, your gpu can render desktop or basic apps at insane frame rates. It doesnt use aby power, Or rather have enough power to run it at insane frame rates. When you go into game the gpu actually is working, you will obviously lose frames. You cant decide how many frames you get in games, though if you get exactly 144 fps with no drops, vsync might be enable in game.
