Choose model instead of brand

It's a binned chip, hence the lower power consumption

These two are just models I know that can cool its insides

@genexis_x I read some bad reviews about acer and lenovo.

Too many mixed reviews regarding Dell.

I think I will stick with the Asus Zenbook instead.

At the end of the day I am not going to be gaming a lot with the laptop anyway.

But if I can find a laptop that can do that it would be nice.

I am not looking for anything beefy.

Which zenbook do you think is best for me?

I would like it to be a 15" as I think a 13 or 14 is a bit too small.

Budget is $1000 to $1500 I will go over a tad bit if it's worth it.

Thanks.

The Acer nitro laptops aren't too bad. They're thin and can game pretty well depending on the CPU you get with it, I'd go with Ryzen.

I read reviews that lenovo planted viruses or something in their laptops in the past and when it comes to tech I am a bit skeptical with Chinese own company. I would give them a try but I don't want to risk it.

I do care about the weight and the battery life. It would be nice if you could game lightly on top. Although I would probably be carrying around the power adpt.

Which specific model are we talking here?

With acer I just don't like the name but if its good then I will consider.

Ryzen igpus are miles ahead of Intel, albeit much weaker than just about any dedicated graphics card. I'd try to find a laptop with a 3200/3400u if you're on a budget but want to be able to play some games.
