Hi so i'm trying to install windows of a booteble USB, the problem is that while installing windows at the part where i'm supposed to select in witch storage unit i want to install the operating sistem it tells me that there is no storage device. When i check the uefi bios the ssd is detected and everytime i power up the system i get this message " bios defaults restored 1--- legacy 480 normal( NA )"

The mother board is an Aorus B450 PRO

the ssd is an kingston a400.

thank you for your help!

“Legacy storage device” huh?  Is this SSD sata6?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

That shouldn’t be legacy.  Unless win10 thinks sata3 is legacy.  I don’t think it does.
