AMD Radeon Software 19.12.3 Update Issue

After updating my Radeon software I have been experiencing lock ups with even low demand games like a league of legends client, sometimes I they are so severe they require a hard reboot which is very frustrating. Anyone else experiencing this problem and/or any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Thanks for reading.
