iGPU + dGPU multi monitors

I have a MSI B450I gaming, a Ryzen 3 3200G and an ATI Radeon HD 5750 on windows 10. I want the motherboard to output one screen and the dGPU on the other. How do I do it or is it impossible for this setup?

Specs: Motherboard: Asus X470-PLUS TUF gaming (Yes I know it's poor but I wasn't informed) RAM: Corsair VENGEANCE® LPX DDR4 3200Mhz CL16-18-18-36 2x8GB

            CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X          Case: Antec P8     PSU: Corsair RM850x                        Cooler: Antec K240 with two Noctura Industrial PPC 3000 PWM

            Drives: Samsung 970 EVO plus 250GB, Micron 1100 2TB, Seagate ST4000DM000/1F2168 GPU: EVGA RTX 2080 ti Black edition

I know it possible but I am not sure if you can actually get both cards enabled/working at the same time due to how old drivers are for HD5750.

Unfortunate, seems like the old card is gonna have to go back to the market then.

Just use one monitor on the DisplayPort and one on the HDMI... The Vega 8 is almost 50% higher performance than the 5750, and there's no reason to use multiple GPUs for a multi-monitor setup.
