I’m planning a pc build, and I’ve planned to pair a Ryzen 3600 with 2060 Super, but I’m wondering if I should buy MSI’s Gaming X card, or EVGA’s SC Ultra card.  I’ve heard great things about both, and great things about EVGA’s customer service, but only in the US.  I’m wondering which card will benefit me most here in Canada? :)

EVGA has better customer service than MSI. I can Contend with that after attempted repairs on a Laptop, GPU, and Motherhboard from various repairs of people ive helped. They are simply crap with showing progress and RMA and take a very long time.

Performance wise they gonna be about the same.

I'm in Canada and EVGA's CS has been really good for me.

Their coolers tend to be well performing and fairly quiet

I have had nothing but success with EVGA products. If it helps, I run a 18x 1080ti crypto mining rig with a mix of brands. Guess which brand's 1080tis perform the best. EVGA's.

The Daily Driver:
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x  |  EVGA GTX 1070 SC  |  48GB Crucial Ballistix Elite DDR4-3600  | Corsair 750D Case
AsRock X570 Pro 4 mobo

iRacing Sim Rig:

i5-10600k @ 5.0 GHz  |  EVGA GTX 1080ti Hybrid  | 32GB G.Skill Trident Z Neo DDR4-3600  |  Corsair Air 540 Case
ASUS Z490-E ROG Strix mobo

I had better luck with MSI service here in Canada then EVGA, but the latter was still ok. just lengthy and charged duties etc on a card swap.
