I have this gaming pc i9 9900k and 64gb ram corsair vegeance pro. And i have rtx 2080TI. My pc doesnt have hard drives and only runs on ssds. I have the 970 pro m.2 for windows and 850 evo samsung for other programs and games. I uploaded a video to youtube so you guys can see the speed i wanna know if that a normal ssd boot or its slow and something is wrong. The video shows the moment i press the button to the actual windows please see it. And ignore the background noise. Im lebanese so english isnt my first language.

It doesn't look like an SSD issue at all. Looks more like your machine is taking forever to post. Try resetting the BIOS and running all default settings. If you have an overclock, it's possible it's not all stable. Also maybe run memtest86 to make sure this isn't a RAM issue.

 

EDIT: I take that back. It actually seems fairly normal. I don't think there's any issue.

I have pretty much the exact same specs in my Cosmos Sv2 rig and that seems pretty normal to me.

I mean, not really, no. Your monitor takes a hot second to detect an input, but that's about it. Some monitors are just slower than others at detecting an input. You're fine, all is well.
