Asus ROG Strix Radeon RX 5700 xt showing up as "Basic Display Adapter"

I bought the card yesterday. It doesn't show up as what it should anywhere. Games run like I'm using integrated graphics, and stress test/benchmark programs won't run at all because my card "isn't up to date." I tried updating the drivers manually because nothing will do it automatically. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

 

I replaced a MSI RX 570 8GB ARMOUR card.

I tried using the latest from Asus. That didn't work. I'll try from AMD now.

Using the drivers directly from AMD appears to have worked, thank you.
