GPU Memory Always Full? (Help)

So for some reason my friend has the same GPU as me (RTX 2070 super) and he gets better frames than me. And we basically have the same specs but for some reason i think he does is because my GPU memory is always full especially when i restart. I reinstalled drivers for GPU and it doesn't do the trick. Any tips or suggestions? Anything would help please and thanks :)

Most likely you have some shitty app running that claims all the VRAM. Uninstall and/or disable all apps that run at start and see if that helps.

Both systems, yours and your friend's, are 100% hardware identical?
