RGB CPU Cooler

I recently rebuilt my PC and picked up an RGB CPU cooler, however my motherboard does not have the 5v - 3pin RGB headset required for any of the LED's to light up. How would I be able to work around this issue and still be able to have the RGB working on the fan.

Maybe if they have a hub controller like for example corsair commander pro. Other than that I don't think you can make it work.
