VRAM Overclocking

Hi, i did overclock vram +1000 mhz and core +160 mhz without any artifact and stability problems on my laptop. (Without any overvoltage.) But i can't see vram temp so i'm afraid to burn vram. So how can i see vram temp? Or doesn't have any artifacts means it doesn't heat? (GTX 1050, Hynix GDDR5 VRAM)

On load max GPU temp: 70C

You cant see that because Nvidia doesnt require (nor do they have on their reference designs) temperature sense for the VRAM. You just cant without adding measuring tools yourself like a thermalcouple

 

but you shouldnt have to worry, it barely increases VRAM temperature from stock.
