I am in the process of building a PC for my brother as a standard web surfing rig but something he could put a graphics card into, in the future if he wanted. Everything seems to be fine except I cant get the pc to display on my monitor. Im getting a VGA light on the motherboard which the manual says means the motherboard isnt detecting a graphics card. I am not planning on putting a graphics card into the PC right now so I am wanting to know how I can get the PC to post past this error? Or do I HAVE to get a graphics card to be able to post? Ill post a link below to PC part picker showing the parts im using for the build.
