2666Mhz to 3200Mhz

If upgrade to 3200Mhz. Ryzen proc can be faster too(?) My problem my gaming performance kinda jumpy (Like can drop fps very high but can reach highest fps too)

I want a stable gameplay. Sorry for short explanation. Does speed ram affect ryzen so much?

You can try to run your current ram at 3000 and see if you can get it stable and if it runs faster. Make sure you have your ram in slots 2 and 4. Try to overclock your cpu as well. Maybe update chipset drivers, bios and gpu drivers.

With B-series, can u do overclock?

This gpu have high impact to my cpu, Its kinda cpu bottleneck. little but.. okay..

My experience with Zen (not Zen+) with 3 diff kits (2133mhz CL14/3200mhz CL16/3600mhz CL18) is that the frames are higher, and tighter on every title I was CPU bound as I increased mhz.  

 

At 2133mhz some games were near unplayable if not unplayable with 2133mhz ram (BF5 at max settings)

At 3200mhz (lets use BF5 as example) with everything else the same I was at stable 60+ FPS maxed out settings (Ryzen Rig 1 in sig)

At 3600mhz 80+ FPS stable at maxed out settings (RR1 in sig)

 

However, a straight up OC on the CPU is far more beneficial to FPS/low FPS situations.  

 

OCing on my ASUS B350 Prime board isn't bad.  I can easily hold an all core 3.8ghz on my R7 1700 on that PC with a 120mm AIO cooling it no problem.

 

Note - your CPU and or board may NOT support 3200mhz (your CPU doesn't).  It takes a ton of tweaking to get stable after (for CPU) 2933mhz - and the board itself (please specific) may have a memory controller that wont be guaranteed past XXXXmhz either.

My plan for next upgrade, use 3600 new motherboard b450 3200mhz ram.. For decrease my problem

you cant break stuff if you keep voltages in safe margins (SOC 1.1V, memory voltage 1.4v)

As long as the CPU controller on the motherboard can reach those speeds, as well as the CPU you will have no problem :) I believe most B450's take 3200mhz OC if not all of them.  

 

If you buy the 3200mhz now, and run into any issues at 3200mhz, I would just manually set to 2933mhz (will still see results) timings be damned (as timings in my experience matter very little with infinity fabric on my testing) and enjoy the upgrade.  

 

On my R7 1700 systems, I run 3200 and 3600mhz (outside the specs of either the CPU or mobos) and its 99% stable after many days of tweaking.  When I play competitive games I downclock the systems to 2666mhz (CPU memory controller max frequency guaranteed) for 100% reliability.

So on the 1060 you see less stutters and frame issues?

 

Did you use DDU and remove drivers from the 1060 before installing the 2060 and redownloading drivers?  If not, that is your issue.

Already fresh installed from before. Before i had stutters. Now only high drop without stutter

I don't know this is my feeling, first time opening the game. The game feels good. After some hours kinda at low fps. I dont know tho its fps games kinda different situation different fps

I have been lucky with mine on both giel and Corsair. The 1600 HATED the T-Force though.

Fresh install, after REMOVING the previous GPU drivers for the 1060?  

 

If after time, the 2060 is losing its "oomf" then it sounds like a overheating issue with the GPU.  Its potentially downclocking itself.  Whats your temps like?

Maybe try enabling an fps limit (like 100fps) and vsync.

 

Could smooth things out a bit. Sometimes if you are in a gaming scenario where left fps unlimited, fps can go up really high, then some event occurs that is very cpu intensive (bunch of players show up, physics, etc), the fps will suddenly drop and the difference can feel very jarring.

 

Perhaps you didn't notice this on your 1060 3gb because it wasn't capable of hitting those very high fps, but the new 2060 can.

R6S Division 2, sometimes its only same situation it can dropped 40fps. CSGO is a worst case for now. 195-299 but there is so many random fps jump but no stutter. Its can be feel when playing.

There isnt anything else. like smoke, effect. Kinda strange bcs that fps impact kinda high
