Pc won't boot

Hi my pc won't boot please tell me what to do to get it working thanks.  BTW I did not build it on carpat and tell me if you want more pictures of specific parts

EVGA 650 watt power supply

Msi radeon rx 5700 mech oc

Amd ryzen 5 2600

2 sticks of trident z rgb ram 8 gigibatye sticks

asrock b450 pro4-f

no i can not get into the bios

If mobo has 4 ram slots, put your ram in slots 2 and 4. Double check all the cables. Try to reset bios by taking out the battery for a while.

my ram is in slots 2 and 4 and how should i fix the cables

Just check all the cables are in the right place and they are properly inserted.

Use screwdriver for shorting it (pic of your board from manual)

it works know but memory is running at 2133 how do i change that so it runs at 3000 mhz wich is it's rated speed

Go in bios and enable xmp
