I have a 120Gb SSD as my boot device. I have done absolutely nothing to thins hard drive since i installed windows on it. The only things that are on it is importtant stuff, windows, chrome, anti viuses, and other apps that check my PCs health. This should not add up to 120GB. What wouyld be population this?

The best way to find out what is taking that much space is using a program like Wiztree: https://antibody-software.com/web/software/software/wiztree-finds-the-files-and-folders-using-the-most-disk-space-on-your-hard-drive/

Download the portable version and execute the program, then scan your SSD and you'll be able to find out what's going on.

yes. I have a hard drive with more space I just think it is odd to only have 23 MB left on my SSD that I don't use

Use the tools linked by either @Viper9 or the one I linked. They should help you figure out what is using so much space and can help find and remove large files you no longer need.

Are you saying there's only 23 MB of free space left on the device?

Use something like HDGraph to figure out where the space is being used.

Apparently 40% of my drive is being occupied by Apex Legends. I didnt even know it downloaded to my SSd.

Most programs will install to C by default and launchers like Steam/Epic/Origin etc. will download all games to C unless you deliberately change that (not sure if EGS allows to do that by now)

Disk management.

Also check you don't have windows hibernation enabled, as that uses up a lot of space.

120GB - 40% = 48GB

Thats almost two times the space Apex Legends should take.

Maybe try Minitools Partition Wizard ... but carefully, you don't want to lose all of your data/OS.
