Hey my pc has a i7 9700k, msi 2070s and im pretty sure i have sufficient enough fans to cool down my cpu but when i do games for 1+ hours it heats up above  90 °C and around 100 and the gpu heats up to around 80 to 90 degrees. is this

normal? if not what should i do. i have not overclocked at all unknown.png    Im using Hw monitor for the temperatures and at idle it normally hovers around 45 to 55

Your temps seem hotter than normal, you might want to add more fans. With intel CPUs you can generally do a negative voltage offset and keep it stable. I have a 9700k that I run at 4.8ghz all core with a -.02 mv offset on the cpu.

You think that 2 intake in the front and one exhaust in the back is a good air fow?

Well it's not at all!

If you have empty slots put fans everywhere and try to keep a positive pressure

I myself have 5 intake and 1 exhaust to keep the case cool!!

You have a small cpu air cooler. You are gonna need a big boy air cooler  to manhandle 9900k heat. 1.29v to 1.35v is a lot for 9900k. Offset voltage your cpu to 1.25v to see if it stable with good temp. Unfortunately, your board is overvolt the cpu at stock. Disable something like MCE(MultiCoreEnhancement) in bios if you see any.

the cooler with the fan cost 30$

if you want to add another one for push/pull it cost around 20€

no as in if your pulling air in from the front of the case and your also having air pulling in from the top as well would the air be in a way pushed down?

My case is inverted the 2 top fans blow air directly to the GPU.

This is your issue. You don't need better cooler. Its top-flow cooler, but fine for its price range. The auto-OC referenced hear is Multi-Core Enchantment which is on by default. Disabling it will get temps down. You can further get them down by setting voltage offset. 1.29V is something you only need when OCing. Your actual load voltages should be closer to 1.2V or even under that.
