Im pretty sure I am supposed to put this here instead of in PC build planning sooo...

I’m helping a friend get a cooling loop and the budget is like around...$200...for like a 3700x, (240-280mm rad?) and I’m looking On ModMyMods and a bunch of other sites and I’m either very stupid when it comes to this or I’m just not getting the right combos cause it comes up more expensive then just a simple ek loop for $400. (Bear in mind, it would take months for him to get that much as HS stuff) any support on this?

Buying an aio.

Ebay has cheap stuff as well as aliexpress

Cant really get quality parts for that price, not that that is a big issue. A cheap copper rad and  cpu can be had and perform well enough.

Comes down to getting a decent pump.

But if you want all new, cheap is the only option.

"good loop" and "$200" cannot be used in the same sentence :P

Custom loops are expensive unless u go the ghetto route, so ur just gunna have to accept that.

For $200 ur better of buying a top end aircooler and using the saved cash to buy a higher tier component like GPU, CPU, or SSD.
