mate 20 vs mate 10 pro

hello lads, my beloved mate 10 pro broke 3 times lately.

 

i had the phone since it's release,  one day i was riding on the motorcycle, and it fell off the holder, and got run over by the back tire, surprisingly, it only got a small crack on the top left of the screen (it had no glass protector)

 

then, i ordered a new phone holder, and tested it by shaking it, it dropped my phone (LOL) and broke the screen complitly.

 

so i replaced the display for one that costed me 70 EURO, and it lasted 3 days, and it broke by falling off my hand. (the original screen fell off my hand 20000 times, and never broke, it took a motorcycle tire running it over to crack it)

 

then, i bought another one, from another seller, i mounted it, put a glass protector (i also had the back cover) and guess what? the day after i fixed it, it literally fell from the height of my knee on the floor, and got complitly obliterated, EVEN WITH THE GLASS PROTECTOR.

 

i think the quality of aftermarket displays is an absolute joke, the original display fell so so so many times, so hard, without the glass protector, and never broke.

and i can't find the original replacement.

 

 

so, i just tho i would tell you that because it's kinda funny how much life hates me (the 1st time and 3rd time it broke i had argued with my wife, karma lol, everytime i argue with her i get bad karma, i had a motorcycle accident twice after arguing with her lol)

 

anyways, my question is, is the mate 20 superior to the mate 10 pro? if so, how, and if now, what has one phone got over the other?

 

what about cam, which phone is superior?

Glass protector will only defend a frontal drop, if you drop it from the side it will break too.

Same goes for the gorilla glass, it will not stand a side drop, it is the weakest point.

If you have a sloppy hand, use an armor type case with dual layer protection (rubber & plastic) like UAG.

yeah i should buy one of those, i hate the look of it, but i literally have holes in my hands, i can't hold shit without dropping it.

 

regarding my question, you got advice?

 

also do u know where i can buy original display's for the mate 10 pro? or not original, but with close or better specs than the original one

Try Aliexpress, i doubt the originality. Read comments and review score.

Original or not, extra protection is a must this time.
