FPS fluctuation

Hey,my pc is giving me some weird issue every time i tab out the fps on my games change like from 160fps to 19fps.I have no clue how to fix it. I have a ryzen 7 2700 and a gtx1660.

Looks like your PC is failing to allocate its resources back to primary .exe when you open your game. Have you tried running games in Windowed Full Screen instead of just full screen?
