Motherboard is MSI Tomahawk B450. And I just realized I followed the wrong wire. I found it, it's not connected. Doh!

But which fan port should I connect it to?

PUMP_FAN1

SYS_FAN1

SYS_FAN2

SYS_FAN3

SYS_FAN4

Any of the sys_fan headers, probably closest to the fan.
