Do these modem values look okay? I have been having tons of latency issues lately.

Your upstream power is high. Above 50 is considered bad. Around 54 can cause disconnects. Your signals can change 3dB through out the day. So, yeah, Id say you have some issues.

 

If it were me, Id take the modem out to the demark point, that where the wire comes from the ISP and connects to your home. Test the modem there. If the issues are sovled then your wiring inside has issue, if not, its the ISP you needs to fix the problem. 

 

How many splitters between the main wire comeing in and the Modem? 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
