Windows just refuses to work properly

So, I was playing Fortnite with a friend and then after a while suddenly the screen turns to a light brown color. Nothing really worked after that so I restarted it from the power button. Everything seems fine, it gets to the windows logo shows the little wheel and screen turns off and so does the light for my mouse keyboard. So, I restarted another 2 times and then I got into safe mode. On my laptop I downloaded DDU and then put it on a flash drive then into the system and uninstalled the graphics drivers. After the screen does stay on but the lights on the keyboard and mouse still turn off. Not really sure what to do now. 

 

OS: Windows 8.1

Memory: 2x 4GB 1600mhz in dual channel

CPU: i3 3240

GPU: GTX 770

Storage: Seagate 7200RPM 500gb hard drive

Motherboard: It's an office machine, Optiplex 7010 Mini Tower to be specific.
