Ideas for a usecase?

Found components from my first self built pc. After visiting the friend i sold it too, some years ago, 

Bought it back for a coke.  

Looking to make use of it, would be a fun project.

Motherboard: ASUS P8P67 PRO REV 3.1

CPU: Intel I5-2500k

 

Any ideas, maybe a budget gaming pc?

There are dedicated operating systems for setting up a NAS, for example freenas, im about to set one up too using my old gaming PC. Maybe during the holidays...
