I need a new PC for making mobile games.

My budget is between £1500-2000.

 

What would be the best PC I could buy with my budget please?
Something along these lines maybe?
- i7/i9 Intel processor
- Nvidia GeForce RTX Graphics
- 32GB of RAM would be nice
- 1TB SSD + HDD
- Win 10 Pro

The AMD Ryzen 7 is cheeper though.
