Hey guys my cpu speed is alot higher that it should be in the bios i will link two photos from before and after. and when i do i stress test for all cores it should turbo up to 4.9 ghz but only up to 4.68ghz. My cpu and board is i7 9700k and msi z390 gaming plus. I havent overclocked or changed anything

9700k has turbo clock of 4.9 GHz - that's single core maximum boost clock. All-core turbo is 4.6 GHz. It's base clock is 3.6 GHz so the numbers that you are seeing are completely fine.
