Gigabyte RX 5700 XT - PC shuts down when gaming

Did not work sadly.

 

In case the Screenshot of the Eventmanager is not enough, here are the warning messages, which potentially could have something todo with the problem

 

The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID 


The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device HID\VID_1532&PID_0504&MI_03&Col02\9&1e566a3c&0&0001.

The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device USB\VID_2A47&PID_F003\BL085874.


The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device USB\VID_04F3&PID_0C26\7&246288a2&0&1.

Also sometimes I get the following Application Error in the Event Viewer:

It is not simultanious with the shutdowns, but I dont know ho the timestamps on the Events work...

Hey OP, I'm in the same boat as you. My PC completely shuts down randomly, but only when playing Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

 

Have you found a solution?

 

This is getting very frustrating and I'm really starting to consider returning it and getting a 2070/2070S

 

 

Edit: Finally found the reason of these shutdowns! Radeon's driver sofware was setting the core clock at 2150mhz and the voltage at 1153mV, which the card couldn't handle. I set them at 2000mhz/1050mV and it's running fine now.
