Cursor Glitching Out

Ignore the noise. It's my heater under my desk.

 

The cursor started doing this today. Not even sure where to start.

Looks like something is working in the background (you may not see it, but still). Try to open task manager and look what is running. Kill processes (start with not system ones) one by one and you'll figure it out.

I went ahead and did a full restart and it seems to have rectified the issue.
