No sound after gpu Install

I just got the Rx 570 and after I installed it the sound stopped working I tried everything I ddu the gpu drivers and reinstalled them 5 or 6 times and did the same for audio drivers and nothing works I am desperate I just wanna use my damn pc

Change default sound device in system. It's very easy - click on speaker icon and select soundcard instead of hdmi sound output.

When I do that the right sound device is selected but all I hear from the headphones is static noise and the same happens with a speaker. But Bluetooth speakers work tho.

Do not use sound (any program) while changing device.
