CAN'T INSTALL WINDOWS

I am trying to install Windows on my new pc and it gets stuck in reboot loop. Doesn't get to the installation part. But can go to BIOS.

You have the boot order set up correctly?

Try using usb 2- if that doesn't work try recreating the bootable usb
