powewr draw?

quick intro: 9900k oc 5ghz, asus strix z390-i gaming, 16gb ram, GTX Titan X (maxwell), 6TB HDDstorage, 600GB m.2 storage, corsair RM750w psu.

 

ive been testing my pc by playing games and running stress test, is it normal  for a power draw of 401W (max reading from plug meter)

Yes it is, it's very good too especially for a 9900k OC with a Titan X.
