Optimize Dolphin for FX-8350

I have an FX-8350 at stock speeds and want to play some GC and Wii games on 1080p but the performance isn't as good as I thought it would be. Is there any way to adjust the settings for optimal performance for my CPU and GPU?

Turn down graphical settings
