Game slowing down then speeding back up

ok but I'd really appreciate it if you could test it, whether or not it's apparently working is irrelevant to the issue.
I'm gonna have to tap out for the night, hopefully the other guy can see what happens once you test it. if not, I'll try to get back to you if I can.
