Windows frozen

It's stuck on this screen. It also gets stuck in the exact same place when it's not doing the auto repair. The circle is not spinning. The circle spins one and a half times and freezes. I cannot get to advanced options. I can get to bios

have you tried plugging in a Windows install USB? Your system should boot from the thumbdrive and hopefully that'll get you to a new install screen; on the first screen enter your Language/keyboard options, click next then on that screen, lower left and select "Repair" and go from there...hopefully it is just a Start-up issue that will be repaired...
