New Build Recommendations

I wouldn't go for the b450 asus. The x570 asus is a good board, for b450 i'd go for MSI MAX vresions (guaranteed to work with ryzen 3000)

Thanks but am trying to save as much cash as possible. I want to go x570, that was the initial thought, but unfortunately I can't afford it. Can you recommend a specific board model, one that supports Ryzen 5 3600x out the box, excluding Gigabyte, one that won't cost me an arm and a leg ? That's the part giving mom headaches. I wanted R7 3700x but it's up there so no...

I just wish I could go Intel, less headaches overall compatibility wise, but unfortunately too costly these days. Unless someone can recommend a good Intel CPU/Mobo combo for total of €500'ish ...

Ok I can't seem to keep price down below €1000 so back to Ryzen. I have a question that has been bugging me for a while. Can I use both nVME ports at the same time ? I want 1 name for OS another for Games. Possible ? And which older mobos support Bios Update without CPUs ?

why would you want to go for x470? x570 isn't much more expensive, but generally better.

which model?

each brand has their own tiers with different features on different levels. I don't think you'll manage to find any features on AsRock that aren't on other brands boards.

The best bang for buck x570 board at the moment is the asus tuf x570 gaming plus. If there are features that board doesn't have and you need, let us know and we can recommend something else.

Thanks man I guess I have no other choice. I cannot seem to keep it under €1000... I use Amazon UK as I have a UK Virtual address so I don't pay shipping. I then have to convert from UK Pounds to Euros... Am tired of looking... I am starting to consider spreading parts across a few months.. Get essentials for a functioning PC now rest later... Worst part is I need more USBs since my ASUS ROG Keyboard requires 3 USBs all by itself xD
