Try resitting cpu, new thermal paste, one stick of ram, no gpu and no ssd or hdd connected. If that work start adding the stuff and trying to boot. I’ve read somewhere that it may be either hdd/ssd or cpu cooling.

My Asus Rog Maximus XI Hero shows A2 and a white/yellow-green light at the Q code. The system wont go into bios or boot. I think I kind of know what the problems are but I can't figure out how and where. White means that there is a VGA problem and the yellow-grean means a boot problem. I'm really confused on where the problem is as everything seems plugged in and right. This is my first pc that I've built.

   @Whiro tag or quote will do the trick
