Won't make much of a difference.

I think the max you're gonna get is 2666 Mhz ... that's what the specs say on MSI's site: https://www.msi.com/Laptop/GL63-8RD/Specification

 

If it's not obvious you need SO-DIMM DDR4, not regular DDR4

 

You CAN install 3200 Mhz SO-DIMM sticks (if there even is such a thing), but it will probably run at 2666 or 2400 Mhz.
