No, they will contact you when you have enough following to make it worth. The big thing people don't understand about sponsors is that you are representing their brand when they are sponsoring you. If you hear about sponsors dropping Pewdiepie over him saying stuff, thats because they don't want to be associated with that kind of message.

 

So when them giving you something makes them more money, then they will contact you.
