RAM problem

So I just finished building my PC but I ran into a problem In the BIOS, it shows that my other RAM stick is normal, but the other RAM stick is 3000mhz with weird timings It also shows that my current DRAM frequency is 2400Mhz

But if I go to help>memory z, it shows that everything is normal
