I have bought a egpu dock (Mini PCI) with gtx 660. My laptop is Toshiba Satellite L740. i3 370M, 1066 8GB Ram, Windows 10! When I connect the egpu unit with the laptop, laptop doesn't boot. Without the gpu in the dock, laptop boots properly. When connecting with the graphic card with the laptop, It doesn't light the hdd LED.

I tried connect egpu after booting, then it made the whole screen a solid colour and turns off after several time!

Please give me a solution! Now I have been confused!???????

eGPUs are very finicky (I should know :P), but if your eGPU dock has a delay switch (EXP GDC has this, cheap ones usually don't) try setting it to one of the 2 delay options.
if it doesn't press the power button then quickly flip the power switch to turn on the eGPU after the laptop lights up but before windows turns on. (probably don't try this, it is a higher risk of damaging something)
A better option is to boot the laptop > put it to SLEEP, not off but sleep > connect eGPU > wake up the laptop.

why no dark mode?
