you can get grey market keys from keysites.

and you can install windows using any old 8GB USB drive.

To buy at full price or go for grey markets is your decision. The keys are about same either way. Microsoft sometimes blacklists grey market keys. Thats rare, but they actually still do it. Another thing is that with grey market keys, if key doesn't work, there's no point going for Microsoft support. Its sellers responsibility, and most of the times they give you very short activation time and no working guarantees after that.

Grey keys come from unknown sources with no Microsoft Support. A lot of companies get these keys in bulk for one time use. They could be for office machines, oem builds, or one time virtualization. The one time virtualization keys are the ones that typically get blacklisted, but usually only after you try to reinstall or after a specified time period, but you have no way of knowing what key your getting. Anyways a lot of companies have a lot of excess they don't use, so they go into the grey market on sites like Ebay, G2A, etc... You also have an off chance of buying a key that was purchased using stolen credit card info, these are also usually blacklisted fairly quick, but seem to be less common. If you so much as contact Microsoft there is a pretty decent chance they will blacklist your key for being used outside of its Terms Of Service. So Grey market keys can be hit or miss. I have bought maybe a dozen or so, and have had maybe 3 or 4 blacklisted, each time during a re-install. However what I payed for those dozen keys altogether is about the price of a Official Windows 10 Retail key if still not less. a Legit key, is purchase from an authorized retailer or from microsoft, this comes with Microsoft support and you have no worry of being blacklisted.

Anything sold under actual OEM price is grey market. For Pro OEM price is that 8500 rupes. Difference is that if grey market key doesn't work, Microsoft won't help you to get it working. It's between you and the seller.
