Your Current PSU is rated at 80+ white which is very poor.  Although it will handle it i would suggest u upgrade to something atleast 80+ Bronze in rating.

If u can afford it this would be the PSU i would suggest... Others may disagree but it depends on budget....

Hi! I need some advice. I want to upgrade my rig

From:

I5-4460, 2x8gb hyperx ddr3, gigabyte ga-h81m-ds2

To:

Ryzen 5 3600, corsair vengeance 2x8gb 3600, asus b450-f

Keep in mind the Ryzen 5 3600 does not have integrated graphics like the i5 4460 does, so you will require a dedicated graphics card.
Do you already have a graphics card to use, or have you chosen one to use with your new system?

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

The way you phrased this places far too much importance on the efficiency rating AS IF that alone determines if a PSU is good enough to be worth using.  There are far more important factors when it comes to whether it's wise/safe to keep using one PSU over another or when a new one is warranted for a certain system upgrade.

This post is something I advise checking out:

Yeah.  I'm going to disagree because that's a REALLY SHITTY PSU.

Just because it's Bronze, doesn't mean it's better.

The Aerocool Integrator is garbage, and if OP has the new VS650 then you would actually be recommending a worse PSU since at least the VS650 supports full range voltage.
