Graphics card: 2X ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series connected with Crossfire

This is my system. I have a problem. I cannot open my catalyst control center. Whenever i try to open it, the little circle of windows 7 flickers a bit and then...nothing. I tried to uninstall/reinstall it but again...it does nothing. Any ideas please?

i already tried that. same result. it all started when i d/l the new drivers for the graphic cards

Try uninstall with DDU.

Then uninstall these ones and install the old ones

Had this numerous times.

1. Go to the uninstaller and remove everything to do with CCC (catalyst control center)
2. Go the website, download it again.
3. Should now work.

That's basically all that you do to fix it.

Download the old stable version of ccc when it open click uninstall, then instead of shutting down reopen ccc and install, then restart your pc. Atleast that is what I did.
