Vega 64 dead help

I have a vega 64 that i bought on flee bay that doesn't work 

 

Now once put into a computer i have a few to choose from the computer boots but no display the graphics card runs fan on full i am no technical genius but have tried everything i can think of 

 

The light header on the board is broken and have de soldered this away from the pcb  in case it was shorting apart from that i cant see ant other damage on the board all the items all look intact and obvious sighns of burning etc

 

I did take it to a local corner pc shop but i do't; believe they did anything they just said the whole board is dead 

 

Does anyone no a company in the UK who would be able to do repairs i have searched and tried emailing / phoning but have had no success
