I am using the latest BIOS update from ASRock website (2.10) and the latest AMD Chipset and Radeon Drivers on AMD Ryzen™ High Perfomance power plan.

But if i lower the graphic settings on PUBG and CS:GO, i ended up losing frames per second, like from 170 to 110 on PUBG and 330 to 190 on CS:GO.
That sucks, because i can't play PUBG on 1080p Ultra with 240fps, and if i lower the graphical settings, things got worse. If possible, how to solve it?
