Need Help installing Windows

I get to the Install screen (select language, time) and keyboard/mouse lose power and I cant go any further. Keyboard/mouse work in BIOS just fine.

Its been awhile since ive done this, what am i missing?

Ryzen 7 5800X3D , Arctic Liquid Freezer  III , Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite , Corsair Vengeance 32GB , Gigabyte RTX 5070Ti ,  WD SN850 / MP44L

Sounds like USB drivers, got any 2.0/legacy USB ports on your mobo?

Yes, both are in USB 2 ports.The keyboards F12 key is lit, but thats it.

The mobo is Gigabyte X570 Elite/R5 2600...forgot to mention that

Thanks. Tried everything mentioned in that post. It seems Gigabyte has had major problems with their USB's. 

 

Getting frustrated. First and last Gigabyte board i buy. Probably return it, if i can, and get a different brand.
