Currently running NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB card and my mother broad is a MSI B360 Pro

Do I need to get a whole new mother broad or will my current one work. PC part picker says I should have now problem.

but will i get a great card on a bad mother broad and the performance of the card not be at level it should be at. Want to get it to the point where I can run VR games like the Value Index

Motherboard will work fine. You should be more concerned with your CPU. If its some low end i3/i5, it will bottleneck RTX2060.
