Make Logoff work like Restart

Is there any way to logoff and have the computer log back in without having to press Enter? There is no login password on this Win 7 PC. Either a setting on windows or a batch or vbs script, shortcut, etc... I can't find anything that works. I don't want to have a password on this machine.

Nvm misunderstood what you want

 

EDIT: We achieve this at work on a few systems, though I can't remember if it's a registry entry or GPO 

I'll have a look tomorrow, if I remember
