RAM doesn't work in new PC

Hi, new here!!

Ok, the problem is pretty weird. I'm building a new PC with a MSI a320m-a pro max, an AMD 200ge and the RAM KVR24N17S6/4 from Kingston (2x4gb) Thing is the PC won't start with that Ram. No screen, no power)hhd led, nothing.

I've got some old HyperX sticks from my older  yet better PC. They are 8gb 2133mhz ddr4. If I use them the new PC, the PC works. If I use the new ram in the old PC, the old PC works too (has a MSI h170A PC mate with an i7 6700)

why doesn't the new ram work in the new PC? Any idea? I'm trying to update the bios see ig it fixes it.

That memory isn't supported in that motherboard:

Second Laptop

CPU: Intel Core I5 1235u,  RAM: Crucial 16 GB 3200 mhz

GPU: IrisXe 80 eu

Storage: 512 GB WD Digital SN530 NVMe

Don't worry, I got it, updated to last bios version, settings, memory 2400mhz and it works now
